Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use allindiacme.com and take part in CMEs or Masterclasses run by All India CME, a venture of Covelis Health Tech LLP, Wakad, Pune 411057, Maharashtra, India. By registering you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Who can register
Anyone aged 18 or older can register, as one of two types:
- Healthcare professional — a medical or AYUSH practitioner registered with the National Medical Commission, a State Medical Council or the relevant AYUSH board, or a student in a recognised medical or AYUSH course. You can join professional CMEs and Masterclasses.
- Member of the public — anyone else, including parents, grandparents and carers. You can join programmes marked Open to the public, such as newborn-care and health-awareness sessions.
Each programme says who it is for. Professional CMEs are for healthcare professionals only, because they discuss diagnosis and treatment in clinical detail.
The details you give must be accurate. If you register as a healthcare professional, your name and registration number appear on your certificates exactly as entered, and we may check them against the council register.
3. Your registration
One registration per person. Keep access to your registered mobile number and email secure. Tell us at once at admin@allindiacme.com if you think someone else has used your registration.
4. Sessions
- Sessions are held online at the date and time shown, in Indian Standard Time.
- We may need to change a date, time or speaker. If we do, we will tell you as early as we can and offer a new date or a refund.
- Joining links are personal to you. Do not share them.
- Recordings, where offered, are available to registered learners for 12 months after the session.
5. Fees and refunds
- Fees are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable.
- Payment is processed by Razorpay. We never see your card or bank details.
- Standalone CME: full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the session; no refund after that.
- Masterclass: full refund if you cancel within 7 days of payment and have not attended any session; no refund after that.
- If we cancel a session and cannot offer a date that suits you, you get a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Certificates
A certificate of participation is issued when you meet the programme's attendance requirement (at least 50% of the session time) and complete any assessment it sets. Each certificate carries a unique ID.
Members of the public receive a certificate of participation for public programmes. It is not a CME certificate and carries no professional credit.
We state on each programme whether it carries credit hours and from which council. We never describe a session as accredited unless the accreditation has been granted, and credit is awarded only as the accrediting council decides.
7. How to take part
We expect the courtesy of any professional meeting. You must not:
- share identifiable patient information (names, photographs, records) in sessions, chats or assessments;
- record, copy or redistribute sessions, slides or materials;
- use sessions to advertise products or services;
- harass, insult or disrupt faculty or other participants;
- let anyone else use your registration or certificate.
We may remove you from a session or cancel your registration if you break these rules. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant council.
8. Content and ownership
Session content belongs to All India CME or to the faculty who created it. You may use it for your own learning and practice. You may not reproduce, sell or publish it without written permission.
9. Medical disclaimer
Our programmes are educational. They do not replace your own clinical judgement, current guidelines or the product information for any drug or device. You remain responsible for every clinical decision you make. Faculty views are their own. Programmes for the public are for general awareness and do not replace advice from your own doctor.
10. Sponsorship and disclosures
Where a session receives any sponsorship, we will say so. Faculty declare relevant conflicts of interest at the start of each session.
11. Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep sessions running well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a session fails because of a problem on our side, we will reschedule it or refund you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for the programme concerned.
12. Ending your registration
You can ask us to close your registration and delete your data at any time by writing to admin@allindiacme.com. We may cancel a registration that breaks these terms. Certificates already issued stay valid.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us at admin@allindiacme.com so we can try to resolve the matter.
